George Clooney trolls Jimmy Kimmel over twins

They're the twins the world have been itching to see, but if you think you'd catch a glimpse of George Clooney's two little ones you'll be holding out for a while yet.

Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the 56-year-old was chatting about first-time fatherhood with wife Amal and their twins Ella and Alexander, when he asked the talk show host whether or not he'd like to meet his kids.

And while the audience screamed in excitement over the prospect of seeing the first ever glimpse of the elusive Clooney twins, they weren't expecting Matt Damon to wheel out the pram, much to the delight of his (fake) rival Jimmy.

"I’m his manny. It’s a nanny who’s a man," Matt said when Jimmy asked why he was bringing the "twins" out.

"You’re not a man!" Jimmy joked, before Matt hit back with "That’s not what your wife said."

The banter continued with the comedian taking a shot at Matt's physique saying: "So based on your physique I guess you’re breast feeding the children too?"

"No, no, I actually just wanted them to get their nap, so I brought them to a place where they wouldn’t be woken up by laughter," Matt replied.

But when it came to the big reveal, Matt had a surprise of a different kind in store for Jimmy, pulling out too "fake" babies, before throwing the bundles on the floor and revealing his two middle fingers with "Screw" written on one and "You" on the other.

So there's no love lost between these fake rivals!

Despite the disappointing reveal, George did open up about how he's coping with being a dad, saying he's "afraid of breaking" Ella and Alexander because "they're so little".

"I changed diapers until yesterday. I was good at it. I flipped them over, I don’t care. It’s like cleaning up your dog’s poop. It’s not that big a deal," the Suburbicon director told Jimmy.

"Then we introduced the children to solid food on Friday and how that goes in as a carrot and how it comes out the way it comes out is shocking."
