Kate Middleton rescues sick 10-year-old on royal visit

She may have someone who holds her bag for her on royal engagements and round-the –clock security but Kate Middleton proved today that she’s managed to remain humble.

The 36-year-old mother-of-two, who is pregnant with her third child, showed off her maternal side on a visit to Coventry with her husband, Prince William, after a little boy fell ill in the crowd.

Kate immediately went into mom mode when she noticed 10-year-old Craig Skipper was in trouble outside Coventry Cathedral.

“Princess Kate came over and give him a sickbag, our little Craig,” Carole Flynn, a learning mentor at Corpus Christi primary school, told The Express.

“I think he was a little bit overcome.”

Craig had been standing out in the freezing cold for about three hours before he got his chance to finally greet the royal family.

However, when Kate came his way, Carole said he went “quite pale” and the “concerned” Duchess bent down to see if he was ok.

The Duchess then asked one of her bodyguards for a sick bag before giving it to the young boy.

Not far away, Prince William was also comforting a little girl in the crowd, who was crying because she wanted hot chocolate.

Before he had to go into the Cathedral for a tour, he asked the girl if he should order her a hot chocolate at the café inside.

The girl responded that she would love one with marshmallows.
