Jay Leno's horrifying car crash caught on camera

Things took a terrifying turn for Jay Leno when a driving stunt went horribly wrong.

The American TV personality was a passenger in a car for his show Jay Leno’s Garage when he was involved in the crash.

During the segment, the driver, Bob Riggle, was supposed to perform a “wheel stand”, where the car’s two front wheels are lifted off the ground.

However, things went pear-shaped when Bob lost control of the vehicle and the car rolled over multiple times.

Luckily both Jay and Bob escaped from the crash injury-free, with Jay remarking: "It doesn’t get more exciting than that."

Well, at the very least it made for great TV...
