Relief! Sam Frost went through an awkward teenage stage as well

Usually Sam Frost looks super glam but the radio host has shown she went through those awkward teen years as well.

Sam shared a photo of herself to Instagram where the former Bachelorette had braces as well as overly-tweezed eyebrows.
