The Nova Entertainment Group Programming Director is understood to have moved into a new home with his three older children.

Jackson’s rep says both he and the 46-year-old actress will remain on friendly terms for the sake of their 11 month old son.

"They remain proud parents of Henry," his rep told the publication.

Symons and Jackson shock separation comes after they undertook repeated rounds of IVF to be able to conceive their son. The actress described the process as “soul-destroying” and “gruelling” at the time.

“I spent a lot of my 30s being so anguished about not having a baby,” the actress, who played Marilyn Chambers on Home and Away, said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph in 2012.

“But the flip side is that IVF can take over your life. It gets to the point where you're so desperate to have a baby, everything else falls by the wayside.”
