Jackie O has been trolled for blasting Jamie Oliver

Don’t mess with Jamie Oliver’s fans and not expect to feel the wrath - as Jackie O Henderson learned the hard way.

The radio host took to Instagram to rant about the celebrity chef - who recently became a dad for the fifth time - and his recipes, after making three of his soups.

“I don’t even think a filter can save these monstrosities,” she captioned on a photograph of the soups she'd attempted to make.

“I like to think I’m fairly OK cook, more often than not my dishes are a success, unless of course it’s incredibly complicated and I screw it up, however, these three Jamie Oliver soup recipes are so incredibly simple that I refuse to believe the fault lies with me.

“Which begs the question, how the hell is Jamie Oliver as successful as he is when his books are selling us this cr*p? All three of these soups taste like dirty dishwater. Did I just happen to get incredibly unlucky by picking his not so best (I’ve never really cooked his recipes before) or is Jamie Oliver the most overrated chef ever?”

But Jamie Oliver fans were quick to hit back at Jackie's controversial comments!

“You sit on radio and you contribute nothing to this world,” one person wrote, while another said, “Your show is overrated. Without Kyle u wouldn’t be sh**.”

“It’s not cool to put someone on blast on social media,” posted another fan.

“I don't mind you saying his soups don't taste great but your last sentence is just mean! I don't think you would like such a question posted about you,” one disgruntled follower retorted.

“Just because you didn’t execute the recipe doesn’t mean it’s a bad recipe. But to put that out there is a bit cruel,” added another. “You lost me as a follower.”

It's not the first time the KIIS FM radio host has caused controversy over her comments.

In May she issued an emotional apology to the Parramatta Eels captain live on air, after she questioned the paternity of his newborn son last week.

"I really feel it’s important to kick off the show addressing a situation that has arisen off the back of something that I said in a segment that was really stupid," Jackie said as her breakfast radio show began this morning.

"We were talking about Kieran Foran from the Parramatta Eels…and I gave voice to a really ugly rumour, and I just wanted to apologise for that."
