Bella Hadid and The Weeknd 'split after 18 months'

The world’s coolest couple - Bella Hadid and The Weeknd - have reportedly called it quits.

According to People.com, the 20-year-old model and the Can’t Feel My Face singer couldn't make it work because of their hectic work timetables.

“Their schedules have been too hard to coordinate and he is focusing on finishing and promoting his album,” a source told the website.

“They still have a great deal of love for one another and will remain friends.”

The couple, who began dating back in April 2015, is yet to release a statement, but there may be hope of a reconciliation, and a compatible work arrangement, as both will be making an appearance at next month’s Victoria’s Secret Show at the Grand Palais in Paris.

Bella will be joining her older sister Gigi Hadid, 21, and walking on the runway for the first time, while the 25-year-old Canadian rapper – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye - is set to perform at the event for a second time.
