He's previously faced some health scares amid his battle with the bulge, and now Kyle Sandilands has been given another serious warning.
The 45-year-old shock jock was told by a psychic on Monday that he will "die", potentially next year, of a heart attack.
Celebrity psychic Georgina Walker made the claim during a KIIS FM segment, to which Kyle responded, "Heart attack? I'm like an ox!".
While Georgina wouldn't give away too many details, she suggested: "You need to have a calcium score test on your chest".
"Am I dead this year?" Kyle enquired, but was assured he would definitely survive 2017.
"I'm dead soon guys so keep listening, keep listening!" he then said, trying to brush off the psychic's predictions.
This isn't the first time Kyle has been told his health is in danger.
Back in 2014 obesity specialist Dr Edward Jackowski said he believed the star would be dead by the end of the year, and was at risk of having a heart attack or a stroke.
Kyle, who showed off his slimmer physique at the ARIA Awards in November, has been making a concerted effort to slim down, reported Woman’s Day magazine recently.
“Kyle has lost around 10kg and has been trying to eat more healthily,” a source told the mag.
But this hasn’t been an overnight process for Kyle, who has been dating model Imogen Anthony for over four years.
The KIIS FM personality has been open about his long-term weight struggles.
“I used to be able to squeeze past an air hostess on a plane, but now I’ve gotten so big I can’t,” he revealed on his Kyle and Jackie O radio show.
Later the same day, the controversial media personality shared more details about his unhealthy habits with Robbie Williams.
“Are you on a diet? What are you doing?” Robbie asked Kyle, who admitted to downing Coca Cola before 9am.
“I'm doing a glass of Coke here,” he said, before adding: “I'm a smoker. I don't drink alcohol. But I'm a bit of a mess.”
In 2015, Kyle appeared on Channel Seven’s The Morning Show and stripped off his T-shirt for the breakfast show’s viewers.
“This is an Australian man,' he declared as he rubbed his belly, joking that host Larry Emdur wasn’t “a real man” after being crowned as Men’s Health Celebrity Man Of The Year for losing 13kgs.
However, the radio host admitted to the TV presenters he’s aware of his weight and the problems he may face if he doesn’t make lifestyle changes.
“I think I am going to have to do something about the weight,” he admitted.
“I am a mess and would like to live a bit longer,” he added.
