The role was first made famous by Angelina Jolie, but Alicia Vikander has shown off a new version of Lara Croft!
The Oscar-winning actress looks remarkably different to the version Ange brought us in the original 2001 movie franchise of the popular video game, with new promotional stills showing Alicia in long pants and a singlet top.
Looking strong and determined, Alicia's Lara is complete with her signature armband, pickaxe and leather accessories.
Alicia has previously spoken about stepping into Lara's combat boots, saying the "iconic character" can be seen as a role model for "many young women".
"She's trying to carve out her place in the world and connect her future with her past," the 28-year-old recently told Vanity Fair.
The reboot is set to hit cinemas next year and tells the origin story of Lara, who leaves London to search for answers regarding the mysterious death of her adventurous father.
Director Roar Uthaug told US GQ magazine the adaptation of the popular series would be focusing "not only on Lara's strength and physical accomplishments but her humanity".
"We see Lara as a young woman, smart and capable but largely unfocused, and follow her on a dangerous journey that will push her to her limits in every sense," the Norwegian added.
