Things continue to get messier between Mel B and estranged husband Stephen Belafonte, with the former Spice Girl going to police in a bid to gain access to the couple's alleged sex tapes.
The 41-year-old was seen at a Hollywood police station earlier this week after staff at Public Storage refused to allow Mel and her lawyers access to the unit where she believes the tapes and other personal items are being stored.
Mel once again returned to the unit later in the afternoon, with witnesses telling TMZ the singer looked "furious" when she once again left empty-handed.
The mother-of-three claims her ex, along with the family's former nanny Lorraine Gilles, who Stephen reportedly got pregnant, both had access to the storage locker and are hiding the tapes inside.
TMZ adds that while a judge turned down Mel's request to force Stephen to hand over the private tapes that have been in the centre of their increasingly messy split, the court did grant her access to the storage facility.
However Stephen's lawyer Grace Jamra refutes the claims, telling the publication that the claims are nothing more than “pure fiction” and accused Mel of causing "high drama".
“Unfortunately, it appears that Ms Brown is creating further hysteria and seeking meaningless Court orders,” she said.
Jamra went on saying "it will be clear to everyone that there are no sex tapes in the storage locker" after she and Mel's legal team agree on a time and date to search the unit.

Last Mel filed a restraining order against Stephen alleging he abused her during their 10 year marriage.
In the documents which were also obtained by TMZ, Mel makes claims of domestic abuse against Stephen, alleging the extreme violence has been going on since 2007, however the producer has since denied these claims.
She also made claims that Stephen forced her to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women", which he secretly recorded, and if she refused to join he uses to tapes to blackmail Mel and would threaten to release them to "ruin her career."
