Bec Judd offended by ‘perfect match’ joke

We’re not sure Rebecca Judd’s working relationship with her Channel 9 co-star Tony Jones is ever going to recover after that moment when he leaned in and attempted to plant a too-close kiss on-air before she went on maternity leave last year.

And comedians Hamish Blake and Andy Lee made sure to remind everyone of exactly how awkward that moment was during a Logies sketch that left the mum-of-four extremely unimpressed.

The comedy duo hit the stage to present the award for Best Reality Program, but decided to do a little reality matching of their own.

“As a special treat we have used the research team from Married At First Sight to analyse every single one here and establish the perfect couples,' Hamish told crowd.

The pair then announced Bec’s name before claiming her perfect match was Tony.

While Tony looked pretty happy with the pairing, Bec’s face was the picture of utter awkwardness.

“Tone, you should have gone for that kiss. Trust your instincts!” the hosts are heard saying while footage of Bec awkwardly turning her cheek at the last minute was played.

“I don't know why the control room played that tape. We gave them that tape and said, 'Please do not play this,” Hamish joked.
