Lisa Wilkinson beams at first appearance since quitting Today

Lisa Wilkinson was all smiles on Friday as she made her first official public appearance since quitting the Today show earlier this week.

The 57-year-old Australian television presenter, who will be joining The Project next year, took on MC duties at a Moët & Chandon event in Sydney.

She also made a reference to her big career move, telling the audience "My name is Lisa Wilkinson and I am from... nowhere at the moment".
