Ingredients

1/3 cup cashews soaked overnight.
1/2 banana, frozen.
1/2 cup sweet potato puré.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon ginger.
1/2 teaspoon all spice.
1/2 teaspoon cardamom.
pinch of sea salt.
2 cups almond milk.

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
