Talent show stunt goes horribly wrong

When Kieran Beattie woke up the day of his Britain's Got Talent audition, he was probably bubbling over with excitement.

The 22-year-old was going to perform his daredevil "burning ladder" stunt in front of Simon Cowell and the other judges, and he no doubt expected to nail it.

Unfortunately, he failed it instead.

After the ladder was set on fire, he was supposed to balance it on his face and walk around, to the amazement of the crowd.

What actually happened was, he lit it and then it wobbled and some assistants had to run on stage to put it out.

Total fizzer. Soz Kieran, maybe next year.

They don’t allow the customers to come inside.” Last week a group of youngsters stole a car and crashed into a homeowner’s Nissan Juke and demolished his wall. CCTV footage shows the stolen Honda 4x4 careering along the road before losing control and ploughing into the parked car on Worton Road.
