BBC dad’s kids star in cute adventure show

After inadvertently bursting onto the global stage Professor Robert Kelly - aka BBC dad – and his adorable family, now have their own animated show.

Episode one of The Adventures of Mina and Jack has been released on YouTube, and is modelled after the professor’s kids Marion, four, and James, eight months.

In the first instalment, Mina – who wears a yellow jacket and pink glasses – follows her dad to the UN to catch a gold thief, while her brother – who rolls alongside her in a walker on wheels - follows as her completely useless sidekick.

Of course, the original TV gaffe, where Professor Kelly’s interview with the BBC was interrupted by his kids’ unexpected entrance into his study, is also featured in the three minute episode.
