Kenny G serenades plane full of passengers mid-air
People may pay hundreds of dollars to get the chance to see Kenny G live in concert but a plane full of passengers got the treat of their lives when the saxophonist hosted an impromptu gig mid-air.
The American instrumentalist boarded a Delta Air Lines flight on Saturday along with his saxophone and thrilled onlookers with a gig.

The 60-year-old, who is known as much for his corkscrew curls as he is for his dulcet music, paraded up and down the aisle blasting out a melody as people held up their smartphones.
Kenny G was of course not just showing off his incredible skills but he was asking passengers onboard the flight from Tampa Bay to Los Angeles to help him raise $1,000 for Delta G. O Relay for Life.
The charity is in cooperation with the American Cancer Society and flight attendants announced that if they collected $1,000 throughout the flight, Kenny G would perform.
It didn’t take long and within five minutes the money had been raised and Kenny G made his way up and down the aisle.
The whole thing was of course caught on camera with Delta taking to their Twitter account to thank Kenny G for his help.
‘Thanks @kennyg for the impromptu concert to help us raise funds for @RelayForLife!,” they wrote.
