Air New Zealand are definitely known for their quirky safety videos on their flight – but we feel like we’ve fallen down the rabbit hole with this one.
The airline has just released its latest video guide to keeping passengers safe when flying and it’s anything but boring.
Not only does it contain the usual important information on sear belts, oxygen masks and emergency exits, it also features Hollywood stars Cuba Gooding Jr and Katie Holmes.
The video starts off with the famous pair deciding to visit New Zealand before viewers are taken on a slightly magical trip past the Southern Alps, the Conway River in Canterbury, Wellington, Cathedral Cove in the Coromandel, and the Auckland Harbour Bridge as the backdrop to the safety messages.
Cuba kindly demonstrates how to correctly use the oxygen masks, but we’re not sure why Katie is taking a photo of a giant bird.
The film, called ‘A Fantastical Journey’, is set to a specially recorded version of My Little Corner Of The World by Gin Wigmore.
At almost four minutes long, hopefully passengers will make it to the end.
