They have a name in common, and now they can both add dazzling advertising campaigns to their portfolios.
English beauty Kate Winslet stars in US brand St. John’s spring campaign, while American stunner Katie Holmes models jewellry for H.Stern.
Winslet, 36 and mother-of-two, looks beautiful as she poses in St. John knits and dresses.
Always keen to celebrate women’s curves, Winslet says in the ad that “you don't have to be a size 2 or even a size 4 to be able to wear these garments because they fall so well. They are cut for women with a shape and of course I love that. That's me all over.
“The reaction has just been so heart-warming actually and a lot of women in particular saying they believe they could wear a particular dress, or a pair of pants or a sweater, because they have seen that I am able to wear those pieces.”
In the latest campaign for jeweller H. Stern, Holmes, 33, is photographed on the beach looking decidedly sultry with kohl-rimmed eyes and slicked back hair.
The former Dawson Creek star appears in the ads in her swimsuit and not much else.
This is the third campaign the young mum has appeared in for H. Stern. She also modelled US women’s lifestyle brand Ann Taylor’s spring collection in 2011.
