The 30-year-old actress's wardrobe malfunction occurred as she was attempting to get out of the SUV transporting her to the red carpet film premiere in a very tight (and revealing) Tom Ford dress.
According to the New York Daily News, the normally squeaky clean actress was lamenting the wardrobe malfunction at a lunch at the Four Seasons to Vanity Fair writer Ingrid Sischy, telling her: "I was getting out of the car and my dress was so tight that I didn't realise it until I saw all the photographers' flashes."
Anne's reaction? "It was devastating. They saw everything," she said, adding: "I might as well have lifted up my skirt for them."
While Anne's mortification at her Britney-esque escapades is understandable, the actress does have a supportive new husband in Adam Schulman (the pair wed in September this year). She also has the Oscar's buzz of the town, with whispers of an Oscar nomination for her role as the dying prostitute Fantine in the world-famous musical "Les Miserables".
