A 64-year-old Australian Ninja Warrior contestant has sent social media into a frenzy with his impressive six-pack.

Ian Newland – the oldest person ever to compete on the show – showed off his age-defying physique on Sunday night’s show.

He admitted watching the show last year inspired him to try it out this year.

Getting some loud cheers from the audience, the grandpa’s attempt at the course was impressive but unfortunately he wasn’t able to complete it all the way through.

Nonetheless, many on Twitter were impressed by Ian and his amazing six-pack.
