Sophie Monk: 'I want a baby and to get married'

Her journey to find love is only about to unfold on screen when The Bachelorette premieres tonight.

But what can be revealed is that not only has Sophie Monk found the man of her dreams, but the baby planning has well and truly begun.

Speaking to KIIS FM this morning, the 37-year-old confirmed starting a family is on her agenda, and that she has told her new boyfriend, "I want a baby and to get married". Watch her confess all in the video above.

When asked by Jackie O if he was "on the same page" as her when it came to kids, Sophie said, "yeah".

"It gets deep very quick, within five minutes you're talking about that," she also revealed of her discussions with the bachelors in the mansion.

And if her previous comments are anything to go by, the baby will be on its way before the end of the year.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph earlier this year before she was cast as The Bachelorette, Sophie said: "Recently, anything little, I just want it [a baby].

"Ideally I’d like to have kids this year but I need a guy. I reckon I would do it by myself to be honest – if it got to that time."

Well, the guy part is now definitely sorted.

Tonight Sophie will meet 18 men for the first time as she embarks on her journey to find love on The Bachelorette.
