These espresso martinis taste like camping

Yum, we can almost taste it now.

An iconic Sydney bar has become famous for its Insta-worthy signature cocktail that quite literally transports you back to your childhood.

The ‘campfire espresso martini’ being offered up by Hacienda has taken Instagram by storm not just because it’s pretty AF, but because of it’s taste of nostalgia.

In a unique twist on the traditional cocktail that blends espresso with vodka and coffee liquor, this one adds an infusion of marshmallow.

But it’s the toasted marshmallow garnish that really takes you back, reminding you of the cold nights you’d spend out bush with your family roasting the pink and white balls of sticky goodness on the fire.

Not only does the cocktail lounge offer this delicious twist on an espresso martini, they’re becoming locally known for their tasty menu too which has taken inspiration from Cuban cuisines.
