Youtube star Kayley Melissa decided she was the one to step up to the challenge, deciding the world needed to see what 100 layers of hair extensions looked like.

With over two kilograms of hair at her disposal, Kayley made sure to attach the 100 extensions onto each other, rather than onto her actual hair.

“I’m genuinely concerned that if I put them in the way you’re supposed to, it would rip all of my hair out because these are really heavy,” she says.

With her video going viral with over 1.7 million views on Youtube, Kayley shows off a seriously strong hair game, clipping away and saying, “I don’t know if anyone’s going to ask me if this is actually good for your extensions or your hair, but the answer is ‘no’.”

At the 75 hair extensions mark, Kayley does a little spin and admits she feels exactly like Hermione in Harry Potter. Well, in the first movie at least before she figured out the magic of de-frizz.

With 100 extensions in, Kayley’s a “mountain of hair” but then it’s time to style. Somehow pulling off the most epic bun ever which she admits is “like a tumour the size of my head”, Kayley does an amazing job with a plait, and then even a fishtail braid.
