“Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs - best thing I ever did,” she says. “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.”

“I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing,” she adds.

Despite her 10 year stint on the hit TV show, the actress admits she feels the pressure to look good like everyone else – and having surgery helps with her insecurities.

“As much as you want to love your inner self … I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” she explains.

While Kaley might have had some extra help when it comes to her facial features, it’s all hard work when it comes to her incredible bod.

The actress tried it all before falling in love with hot yoga, and says that now she’s in her thirties, staying fit is something she needs to make time for every single day.

“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates. I realised I don’t like running … I refuse to do it,' she says. 'I like spinning, so I try to mix that in.”

Whatever Kaley’s doing, it’s clearly working.

Looking good, girl!
