She might have an army of beauty experts on speed dial, but for a busy 42-year-old mum who constantly jet-sets around the world, Victoria Beckham is rocking some pretty damn good skin.

And now the fashionista has revealed there's a simple diet trick behind her flawless complexion.
"I see a dermatologist in L.A. called Dr. Harold Lancer, who is incredible. I've known him for years—he sorted my skin out," Victoria told The Edit.
"I used to have really problematic skin, and he said to me, 'You have to eat salmon every single day.'
I said, 'Really, every day?' And he said, 'Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.'"
While this might be bad news for fish-haters, experts say salmon contains the omega-3 fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid to help prevent the breakdown of collagen in your skin, which can make you look older.
"I don't think you realise how important [a healthy lifestyle is] until you get older," says Posh. "You realise how vital it is to wear sunscreen; to drink lots of water; to cleanse, tone, moisturise; take vitamins; make sure you're eating the right food. I eat lots of good fats, in avocados, nuts, seeds, salmon."
