Is the Beckhams' marriage in crisis?

Rumours are rife the Beckhams’ marriage is in crisis after Victoria appeared on the front cover of British Vogue alongside everyone in her family — except hubby David.

While the football legend does appear in additional photos inside the magazine — including the front of the subscribers edition — some have suggested the striking cover image of Victoria with their four kids implies she’s raising their family alone.

But it’s not just the absence of her husband of 19 years that has raised eyebrows.

Fans are reading between the lines of the 44-year-old’s remarks about their relationship, noting the mum of four deliberately avoids saying they’re still in love.

“We both realise that we are stronger together than we are as individuals,” Victoria told the publication. “Would either of us be in the position that we are in now had we not met and been together all those years ago?”

While it’s arguably very sweet, some can’t help but notice it lacks a sprinkling of romance you’d expect after spending so many years together.

“It’s all about the family unit. We are much stronger the six of us, than we would be if we were individuals. We respect that family bond, and that is key,” she continued.

The special shoot with one of fashion’s most prestigious titles was organised to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the former Spice Girl’s clothing label.

But with David, 43, not appearing alongside his longtime wife and their kids, Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13 and seven-year-old Harper, the state of their marriage has been left in question.

However, the pair don’t seem to be too fazed by the attention their relationship is gathering, with Posh taking to her Instagram account to thank her man personally for all his love and support.

In the shoot, Vic even slips back into her Vivienne Westwood bridal gown that she wore to marry her man back in 1999, which we guess is one way to silence those breakup whispers.

It’s not the first time the couple have been rocked with split rumours.

In June it was reported that Victoria had to call her hubby while he was working in Miami to ask, “Are we getting divorced?” something David himself quickly shut down.

“We all know marriage is difficult at times, and it’s about working through it,” he told a British radio station at the time. “Whenever we’ve come through tough times … we talk.”

Of course, you can’t discuss the Beckham’s potentially breaking up without mentioning the now infamous affair alleged by their former PA Rebecca Loos.

Back in 2004 the then 25-year-old claimed she’d enjoyed a four month affair with the famous footballer.
