ReccoLab, Sydney

Not only does the delightful Rozelle restaurant offer up a chocolate Negroni, but ReccoLab will give you complimentary aperitivo platters with cheeses and charcuterie. But as good as free Prosciutto Di San Daniele is, you’ll want to order the famous La Focaccia Con Formaggio Di Recco – it’s the only place in Sydney where you can find such a treat.

Think two thin crispy focaccia pizza-like bread sheets with warm Italian stracchino cheese oozing from between those layers, topped with prosciutto and truffle. Rare, delicious and all washed down with a bitter Negroni.

Buy a drink between 4-7pm and you’ll receive complimentary aperitivo platters including freshly prepared items like a la minute sliced Prosciutto Di San Daniele Principe Black Label and Grissini amongst other Stuzzikini including Blue Cod Frisceū (ligurian fritters), freshly baked house Focaccia.
