Tiff: How I knew I was pregnant straight away

She's known for her rock-hard abs on The Biggest Loser but now Tiffiny Hall has revealed how she knew she was pregnant from day one.

Despite her husband, comedian Ed Kavalee, not believing that she was pregnant, Tiffiny told KIISFM's Hughesy and Kate that she knew her body was changing right from the straight.

"I was off coffee the next day, I couldn't drink it and I'm a huge coffee lover," the reality TV star told the radio duo.

"My beautiful husband didn't believe me when I said 'Babe, I'm pregnant,' I knew the next day."

Tiffiny added that she suffered from nauseous, non-stop nose bleeds and stomach cramping in the first few days of her pregnancy, while lead her to believe that she was expecting, however multiple home pregnancy tests and a blood test at the doctor's all came back with a negative result.

Having returned from a belated honeymoon with Ed, the personal trainer added that she had found it hard to shift "a tiny bit of podge" for a photoshoot that required her to show off her impressive toned tummy.

Wanting to confirm her suspicious, Tiffiny ended up consulting an online DYI home pregnancy tutorial, which suggested peeing on bleach in order to display a more positive result.

After taking eight more home tests that all displayed a positive result, Ed and Tiffiny visited the doctor where another blood test confirmed their happy news.

Tiff and Ed also shared a video telling fans of their bundle of joy, with the fitness fanatic reassuring her "ninjas" that there will be no changes to her online fitness program despite her pregnancy.
