Now the bishop has opened up about what he really thought of the slight sniggers from Harry’s nearest and dearest.

“They were listening in their own way,” he told the Daily Mail, insisting the royals were “very gracious and kind”.

“Emotions should be expanded,” he added. “Laugh at me, laugh with me, it is all fine by me.”

Well said bishop, well said.

The American bishop immediately became a viral sensation with his passionate sermon titled ‘The Power Of Love’, with some interesting lines referencing fire.

“Fire made it possible to text and tweet,” Bishop Curry said at one point in his 14-minute sermon.

Some of the royal family including Kate Middleton, Camilla, Prince Charles and Prince William were caught on camera struggling to contain their giggles.

As Bishop Curry said, everyone listens in their own way.
