This couple has a 34-year-age gap and people don't like it
A couple with a 34-year age gap have faced some serious backlash over their new romance.
Bollywood actor Milind Soman, 52, and his 18-year-old girlfriend Ankita Konwar have come under fire after they shared a series of loved-up selfies from their first holiday together.
The pair, who have reportedly been dating for four months, are being criticised online over their huge age-gap, which appears to have left many feeling uncomfortable.
"I must say they look like a father-daughter duo," one person Tweeted.
Another noted that while their blossoming relationship wasn't illegal, it was "creepy."
"Milind Soman just became a creepy old dude in my eyes," another said. "Yikes."
Milind and Ankita are currently enjoying a holiday to Norway, where they appear to have been enjoying the cold weather.
The Indian actor had previously been married to a french actress, Mylene Jampanoi, but they divorced in 2009.
But while some people saw red over the unusual coupling, many stepped up in support.
I think love has no age limit...Can happen at any age with anyone...I don’t feel anything wrong in that #milindsoman

Two consenting adults are in love. What's your problem? #MilindSoman

The couple themselves are yet to comment on the outrage.
But judging from the number of happy snaps they've been sharing, it doesn't seem like they're too fazed.
