Boy George and Kelly Rowland clash again

The tension between Boy George and Kelly Rowland reached a new high on Monday night, when The Voice judges didn’t see eye-to-eye yet again.

When Sam Perry, 28, stepped on stage of The Voice 2018, he was given the title of “most controversial artist” in the history of the show.

Since his first performance, he has by far been the most widely reported contestant, and last night during his knockout round against Madi Krstevski and Emily Green, he was the centre of attention yet again.

This time, the voice looper was in the middle of a very heated conversation between the two judges.

“This is a very controversial knockout because you know, I’m going to go straight for Sam,” Boy George said.

“You’re a little bit of a red sock in a white wash because this is called “The Voice” and you’re not really a singer.

“I do think you’re going to divide the nation because there’s a lot of big singers getting sent home and what you’re doing is kind of another area.”

Kelly, on the other hand, completely disagreed with her fellow judge and was adamant that Sam was still using his “voice”.

Things got personal when the Destiny’s Child alum accused Boy George of being “intimidated” by Sam’s talent, which made the Culture Club star even more fiery and suggest she was just “arguing with herself”.

Still keeping up?

“I’m not arguing with myself, I’m arguing with the Queen of England,” Kelly said, which to be honest, is pretty darn accurate.

Kelly eventually added Sam to her team with George later admitting he would have chosen him anyway…

Which begs the question. Why the drama??
