Brad Pitt and Leo DiCaprio to star in first film together
Would you believe us if we told you Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio have never starred in a film together? Well, they haven't.
Don't worry, we were shocked too.
But thankfully all our dreams are coming true as the two Hollywood hunks are now set to star in their first ever movie together.
The A-listers are set to star in the upcoming Quentin Tarantino directed blockbuster titled Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which will explore the murder of Sharon Tate.
The flick will explore the infamous murder of American actress and model Sharon Tate in the 1960s and two men who lived next door to late actress at the time.
A press release from Quentin Tarantino outlined the film will be about 'a story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of hippy Hollywood'.
“The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (DiCaprio), former star of a western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt)," the press release read. "Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don’t recognise anymore.
"But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbour... Sharon Tate."
Tarantino also shared his excitement about working with the two A-listers.
"And I couldn’t be happier about the dynamic teaming of DiCaprio & Pitt as Rick & Cliff," he said.
The actress to play Sharon Tate is yet to be officially announced but it is reportedly set to be Margot Robbie, according to Deadline.
If true, it would be a big-screen reunion for Margot and Leo after they starred together in the 2013 movie Wolf of Wall Street.
So please, celebrate with us by popping the champagne to celebrate Brad and Leo finally co-starring in a movie together.
Even better if our Aussie golden gal Margot joins in on the fun too.
