Brad Pitt's 560 days without his kids

For months Brad Pitt has been caught in what appears to be a bitter separation from his wife of 10 years, Angelina Jolie.

Now latest reports suggest the Hollywood hunk hasn't been allowed to see his kids in public since their split 18 months ago — 560 days to be exact.

According to NW magazine, Ange, 42, has been preventing her ex from taking the kids out, while she has been busy flaunting them at public events such as the Golden Globes and movie premieres.

"The last thing she wants is for him to be seen as a doting single dad-of-six," the magazine's source dished, explaining Brad has only been able to see Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11 and twins Knox and Vivienne, nine, behind closed doors.

They added that painting Brad as "absentee father" act was part of Angelina's grande "PR scheme to claw back" her image after she received a huge backlash from news of their divorce in September 2016.

Apparently when Brad's mum Jane learnt what was going on, she was "horrified" and is now on a personal mission to remind the world that Brad's an amazing dad and is telling him to stand up to his former flame.

Back in May, Brad opened up about his divorce, telling GQ, "I've got to start from the bottom... I've got to hammer my own nails."
