It’s been speculated that Camilla Parker Bowles may not have strongest of foundations when it comes to her relationship with future daughter-in-law Meghan Markle.
But when the pair apparently met to have a private heart-to-heart, they didn’t air the type of ‘grievances’ you may be thinking of.
Meghan is said to have had a ‘long chat’ with the Duchess of Cornwall about lingering concerns she has about her future as a royal, according to an unnamed source quoted in Radar Online.
Her concerns weren’t to do with Camilla – or husband-to-be Harry for that matter – but apparently about her life as a princess and the duties and attention that go with the title.

“Meghan may appear confident when on Royal walkabouts, but she does have some pre-wedding butterflies,” the source says.
“The aim was for Meghan to be able to air any worries or grievances and for Camilla to help alleviate them.”
Camilla is said to have invited the former Suits star to her home at Clarence House for the tête-à-tête. As a senior member of the royal family, and having been associated with them for almost her entire life, the 70-year-old has more than a couple of pieces of advice to impart.
Both Meghan and the Queen’s granddaughter Princess Eugenie, will be getting married this year, and both will say ‘I do’ at the same location in Windsor, outside of London.
It’s previously been reported that Camilla was lending Eugenie a hand with her wedding prep, rather than Meghan, but it now seems she’s spreading the love both ways.
Although it is hard to know what to believe when it all comes from unnamed royal sources.
