Can you guess who these Aussie TV stars are?
Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes recently resurfaced and old advertising gig of his, where he dressed up as a woman for a Whirlpool commercial.
It prompted us here at Be to do some digging into the archives and we uncovered a similar gem to Hughesy’s.
Even better, this other Whirlpool ad from 2011 showcased two legendary Aussie television stars.
But can you guess who they are?
It’s none other than Bert Newton and Molly Meldrum.
Bert – dressed up as his mother – shows off his new refrigerator in the old-school ad, even showing off some Logie Awards. Cheeky, cheeky.
The camera then pans to Molly caught in the act, chowing down on a cocktail onion.
What a wonderful throwback video to resurface.
