Can you spot the mistake in the Queen's photo with Donald and Melania Trump?

To mark their visit with Queen Elizabeth II on Friday, the US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania posed for a formal photo with Her Majesty in the Grand Corridor of Windsor Castle.

However, it wasn’t until after the photo was taken that royal staff noticed a mistake that should not have been in the photo.

Clashing with the corridor’s impressive decor of gold-framed paintings and marble statues, it seems everyone forgot about the ordinary white dog bowl that was left sitting in the bottom righthand corner of the photo.

It’s believed that the bowl is used by the Queen’s two ‘dorgis’ – Dachshund-corgi crosses – Vulcan and Candy, according to the Daily Mail.

However, the staff were quick to make sure it didn’t happen again the following day when the Queen posed for the same photo with King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium.

It seems the dog bowl wasn’t the only mistake made during the Trump’s visit for afternoon tea.

Donald and Melania have been called out for mistakes of their own, that have been deemed as ‘rude’ by many royal followers.

Upon his arrival, the president reportedly left the Queen waiting for 10 minutes as he sat in his helicopter for an unknown reason.

Then rather than bowing as one should when they greet Her Majesty, Donald instead shook her hand and proceeded to turn his back on her for a few seconds.

Both of which actions are considered a big no-no when meeting the Queen.
