Swanepoel looks flawless in the post-baby snap, showing off her incredible physique in a scalped black two-piece.
“Happy 2017 from us,” Swanpoel captioned the snap.
In the picture, Anacã looks cute as a button in nothing but a white diaper while his blonde bombshell mother looks at his adoringly.
The 27-year-old model and her fiancé Hermann Nicoli welcomed Anacã back in October and one day later Candice took to Instagram to post a sweet black and white picture of the tot.
She captioned the image: "Life is sweet".
Hermann shared the same picture and wrote: "Meet our little Angel, Anaca. Much love for our baby boy and you, Mummy."
The Victoria's Secret beauty and Hermann, 34, have been together for 11 years and got engaged last year.
Since having her baby Candice has taken to her social media accounts to claim that she can't understand why she feels shamed when nursing her boy, but doesn't receive the same outcry and criticism if she bares her breasts for arty fashion shoots.
Posting a picture of her young boy breastfeeding on her Instagram page, the blonde beauty wrote: "Many women today are shamed for breastfeeding in public, or even kicked out of public places for feeding their children.
"I have been made to feel the need to cover up and somewhat shy to feed my baby in public places but strangely feel nothing for the topless editorials I've done in the name of art..?
"The world has been desensitized to the sexualization of the breast and to violence on tv...why should it be different when it comes to breastfeeding? -Breastfeeding is not sexual it's natural.
"Those who feel it is wrong to feed your child in public need to get educated on the benefits breastfeeding has on mother and child and intern on society as a whole.”
