Ed Sheeran shares fan letter: 'You are ugly but I love you'

The ancient art of letter writing may seem obsolete, but it is not lost on Ed Sheeran's fans. In fact, one particular supporter sent the singer a handwritten letter that encapsulates the simplicity of old school letter writing. It's sweet, it's sincere, and it's very, very honest.

Sheeran was clearly touched — or rather, amused — by his fan's candor, so he posted the letter on Instagram for all the world to see (and perhaps, to take note: clearly Sheeran reads his fan mail).

Sheeran's caption? "God bless Korea."

Sure, this fan thinks he's a little ugly, but remember — she loves him anyway (at least enough to send him a shirt and handwrite a letter). At the end of the day, it's all about his music, isn't it?

But don't sweat it, Ed. You just might not be her type. There are plenty of girls who are into the tattooed ginger boy look. Look no further than your packed concert venues filled with screaming ladies.
