Cheeky pups break into toddler's room in hilarious time-lapse

Two sneaky golden retrievers on the hunt for food and attention have been busted breaking into a toddler’s bedroom

Parents Chris and Nina Cardinal were surprised to find their 15-month-old daughter Chloe wandering in the hallway one morning, as she can’t reach the doorknob in her room yet.

When they checked the baby camera installed in her room, they realised that their two golden retrievers actually opened the door and encouraged her to get out of bed.

It seemed they were desperate for a breakfast and thought anyone – even the toddler – could feed them.

We have a Nest cam set up because it’s our baby cam for checking if she’s still asleep, etc. Just happened to catch this. They get along great with her,” the parents tell Be.

“To put it simply, we were super surprised to see her get out of her room that way. Colby knows he can nose doors open if they weren’t shut until they ‘click’ and my mother-in-law missed the click the night before.”

The golden retriever brothers Bleu and Colby are no strangers to mischief. The pair – known online as the cheese pups – have over 6,000 followers on Instagram.

The family regularly share the pets’ shenanigans online. In 2015 they became insta-famous when another time-lapse video of the pups went viral.

In that video the two dogs could be seen running for dinner in slow-motion every single night, a hilarious compilation of them growing up together.
