Child welfare officials have reportedly been called in to ensure the safety of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s 10-month-old daughter Dream.

TMZ reports the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services are concerned about the baby’s welfare and that a judge is being asked to determine if the little girl is in a safe environment.

Rob and Chyna separated in March this year when Dream was just four months old.

Since that time the pair have engaged in a very bitter and very public break-up.

In July, Rob, 30, took to Twitter to launch a foul-mouthed tirade against Chyna, 29, and ended up posting explicit photos of her.

Chyna then took out a restraining order against her former partner, claiming he had been physically abusive during their relationship.

TMZ also reports the department had opened up an investigation into Chyna’s alleged drug use before the pair’s split.

According to People Magazine Rob thinks Chyna is “evil” but he is remaining calm for the sake of their young daughter.

The magazine quoted an unnamed source who said Rob has been warned to “shut up and lay low” or risk losing custody of Dream.
