1 banana, peeled
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
300 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Method
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth; you can add in or omit the honey depending on how sweet you like your smoothie. If the consistency is too thick, just add a little water.
Pour into a large tumbler and serve with a straw.
