Chris Hemsworth reveals how wife Elsa gets his engine running

Chris Hemsworth has spilled the beans on how his wife Elsa Pataky gets his engine running… in the motorbike sense.

Whilst taking to the stage at the Australian launch of TAG Heuer’s ‘Museum in Motion’ party in Sydney on Wednesday, the actor candidly chatted about his wife’s aggression when it comes to motorsports.

“My wife… she rides motorbikes a lot,” Chris said. “She’s a little more aggressive on the accelerator than I am.”

So much so, Chris has to balance it out being the more cautious of the pair when it comes to riding on two wheels.

“I’m a little more tepid,” he joked. “One of us has to be now we’ve got three kids.”

Just a few years ago Chris and Elsa made the bold move to pack up their Malibu home and relocate across the Pacific Ocean with their three children – India, 6, and four-year-old twins Sasha and Tristan – to Byron Bay, Australia.

But Elsa recently revealed to Be, it wasn’t something they’d ever planned on doing.

The 41-year-old insisted she “loved” Byron Bay, but it was never in the cards to move there.

“We always said when we met, I’d never make you live in Spain, and he would never make me live in Australia because our families are so far away from us,” Elsa revealed.

But, the Spanish model insisted it was totally “worth it”.

“I love it and it’s the best place in the world,” the mum-of-three said. “It’s worth it.”
