Chris Hemsworth shows off his ab-tastic body

Chris Hemsworth has just made our Saturday.

Why? Because he’s just shared a fabulous ab-tastic video of himself working out.

Taking to Instagram, the actor showed off his boxing skills while training in London.

It seems the 34-year-old is getting himself in tip-top shape for the new Men In Black spin off.

“Outdoor session in London for MIB!! Cheers to @zocobodypro for posing as an alien and letting me beat up on him. Sorry for the boot in the face. #MenInBlack,” he captioned the post.

Filming for the new Men In Black film commenced in London earlier this month.

At the beginning of July Chris was photographed in the full MIB uniform, shades included.

The actor is set to star alongside Thor: Ragnarok co-star Tessa Thompson as well as Taken star Liam Neeson and The Big Sick star Kumail Nanjiani.
