60ml GREY GOOSE Vodka or BOMBAYSAPPHIRE Gin
10ml MARTINI Extra Dry vermouth
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour over the vermouth, stir a number of times and then strain off the excess liquid, leaving the ice in the glass. Pour in GREY GOOSE Vodka/BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin and stir carefully but rapidly for 20-30 seconds until ice-cold. Fine strain into the chilled martini glass. Finish with a twist of lemon, allowing the essential oils to spray lightly onto the surface of the drink or alternatively simply dress the drink
with an olive. A lemon twist or an olive (unstuffed)
