A young couple who appeared on a reality TV property show have been slammed by viewers for their “pompous” and “picky” behaviour.

Sydney based Mags and Tyson were on Buying Blind last night in the hope of getting professional help to purchase a home after they struggled to find one on their own.

But despite handing over the reins to the show’s experts along with their generous $1.8m budget, the pair proved to be extremely demanding, and left viewers horrified when they revealed they had a 26-item list of requirements.

Their requirements included wanting a home with a “foodie” style kitchen, view, an entertainment deck, huge spare bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and a study – all without wanting to do any renovations at all.

Fans took to social media to vent their frustrations at the couple for being “fussy as hell” and completely “unrelatable”.

Be has contacted to Nine for comment, but they’ve yet to respond on the recent criticism.

Last week the show, which only launched this month, was blasted over the unclear nature of who pays for the homes renovations — the show, or the participants.

Of course, not everyone agrees and many have taken to social media to defend the new reno show.

“I really love this show!!” one fan wrote, while another said they were “amazed” at the results.
