"I love swearing, I think it's absolutely fantastic, and I'll be perfectly honest, I love nothing better than a good f**k," the now-70-year-old said.

The statement leaves Jess quite shocked.

"Can I walk out?" she asks as she stands up implying she may walk out. "That's offensive."

Burke is not phased by the now-47-year-old's shock in the footage and even tells the host Ian 'Dicko' Dickson to "let her go".

Jess is persuaded to stay and sits down and the gardening guru continues.

"I think it gives you the ability to say intense things that you need to say," Burke said. "If you're at a party or a social event and someone doesn't like it, you don't do it, same as you don't scratch your balls."

"But you've just done it," Jess says responding to his statement. "I always thought he was a nice man, looking after people's gardens."

On Monday morning, a scathing report was released by Fairfax Media was described as a "sexual predator" and "psychotic bully" who allegedly harassed female employees during his time on his popular gardening show.

It is believed more than 50 women have been interviewed as a part of the investigation claiming he sexually harassed, indecently assaulted and bullied a number of female employees in the late 1980s and 1990s.

The host has strongly denied the allegations and has hired a top defamation lawyer, Patrick George of Kennedys Australia, to defend him.

"I am deeply hurt and outraged at the false and defamatory claims made in your correspondence," Burke said in a statement. "It is evident that these baseless claims concern statements from a few ex-employees of CTC Productions who bear grudges against me."

"I also believe that this publication is opportunistic and intended to severely damage my reputation, by trying to link my alleged behaviour with the appalling behaviour of Harvey Weinstein, which has gained a lot of media traction," he added.
