Donald Trump's awkward kiss with female ambassador goes viral
He’s the President of the United States, but that hasn’t stopped people slamming the leader over his latest #fail.
Donald Trump has gone viral again after he went in to give a female ambassador a kiss on the cheek, only for it to go horribly wrong.
The awkward encounter with American representative Kelly Craft happened as he was welcomed into Canada by a group of dignitaries ahead of the G7 Summit in Quebec this weekend.
Trump, 71, appears to go in for a smacker on the cheek, only for Kelly (understandably) to pull away.
As a result he was left with his lips fully puckered up, in full view of the waiting media.
In a bid to disguise the snub, Trump — who has been married to wife Melania for 13 years — pressed his cheek against hers.
But it was too late.
The cringe-worthy footage has been shared online multiple times, with fans losing it over how “yuck” the professional encounter was.

Some users called him out for the way he grabbed Kelly’s arm, saying he “jerked her” to get the kiss, while another suggested any woman who has to meet the man should “wear a surgical mask”.
Naturally, it didn’t take long for the memes to start and they’re pretty LOL-worthy.

Last month the dad-of-five was mocked for his unusual handshake with French President Emmanuel Macron, in which he appeared to go in for a peck at the end.

Back in 2005 before he was the leader of America, he upset people around the world when he admitted he doesn’t ask permission before going in for a kiss with a woman.
“I’m automatically attracted to beautiful women — I just start kissing them, it’s like a magnet,” he told Access Hollywood host Billy Bush. “Just kiss. I don’t even wait,” he said.
Think it’s fair to say this isn’t the last awkies moment we’ve seen from old mate Donald.
