Donald Trump's strange pic of Melania
The US President is no stranger to causing controversy with his tweets and his latest choice of image to celebrate ‘Labor Day’ is a strange one.
Posting on Twitter to wish everyone a happy Labor Day, Donald Trump chose to accompany his tweet with an image of himself and wife Melania.
“We are building our future with American hands, American labor, American iron, aluminum and steel. Happy #LaborDay!”

However it seems Trump failed to notice the slight hypocrisy in his tweet.
Many were quick to point out that the tweet doesn’t make any sense overall, considering the First Lady is wearing a $2,255 dress by Mary Katrantzou, a Greek designer, which was manufactured in Italy with French materials.
Oops.

It’s not all too surprising Trump would miss this - although we’re sure he’s completely across his wife’s fashion choices – considering all the president's branded ties are manufactured in China.
As you would expect, people were not kind on twitter, calling him out for his contradicting tweet.
Melania looks beautiful but maybe she & Ivanka can start wearing AMERICAN designers? & UR family can start producing product here in AMERICA

FYI, China is not in America.
