Elyse Knowles: 'It doesn't get any easier'

Having entered the modelling world when she was just 10-years of age, Elyse Knowles is no stranger to being in front of a camera.

The model bared all for her recent campaign with Bras N Things, but reveals things don’t get any less daunting, despite her experience.

“It doesn’t get any easier and it doesn’t get easier when you’re on Bondi in Icebergs,” she admits to Be in an exclusive chat.

However, the 25-year-old does always try to get herself in a “positive mind frame” which involves her “eating and training healthy”.

So, what’s her go-to when she prepares for a major shoot?

“I try and cut out all sugar which is pretty much the hardest thing for me and just keeping it really, really simple,” Elyse explains.

“Veggies, fruits, high protein, lots of fish and just snacking but snacking on the right foods and upping the ante at the gym.”

At least this time Elyse wasn’t alone for the shoot.

She modelled alongside Robyn Lawley, Sam Harris, Bianca Cheah and Elle Ferguson for the new Bras N Things collection Body Bliss Luxe.

The Block star gushes about working with such “strong women”.

“That’s why I put my hand up straight away,” Elyse explains.

“I was like, ‘Yeah I wanna be a part of that team.’ A bunch of strong women, business savvy and we’re all doing completely different things.

“We’re just putting across a positive image and a positive mind frame and way of thinking and hoping other people are going to take that on too. That’s why I loved being a part of that group of girls.”
