Karl Stefanovic defends Jasmine's red carpet no-show

Karl Stefanovic has shut down the latest rumours surrounding his relationship with Jasmine Yarbrough, saying “enough is enough”.

Karl, 46, took to his social media account after being left furious by claims his 33-year-old fiancée wasn’t welcome at the Logies with him last week.

Now the Today host has slammed the reports, saying they had a “wonderful time” in a new post on his Instagram account earlier today.

“Enough is enough,” the dad-of-three wrote. “Jas was invited to the Logies and the red carpet by Nine. We had a wonderful time.”

Describing the report as “hurtful” and pleading for them to “please stop”, Karl insisted his controversial romance was in a good state.

Woman’s Day claimed yesterday that Jasmine had been “banned” from walking the red carpet with him by his employer Channel Nine, saying there was a “behind-the-scenes war” going on in the lead up to the event.

The report also blamed Karl’s relationship breakdown from wife of 21 years, Cassandra Thorburn, as the reason for his “dwindling ratings”.

It’s not the first time Karl has jumped to the defence of his other half, with the TV journalist slamming other stories in the past.

Last month he poked fun at a report the pair were at “breaking point”, sharing an image of himself with a copy of New Idea that showed him laughing.

The lovebirds are set to marry this year, although they are keeping details about their big day under wraps.
